A Welsh woman was left scratching her head when she filmed what appears to be a ghostly figure in the tunnels beneath a notoriously haunted castle. The spooky footage, which can be seen below, was reportedly captured by Emily Price last month as she and her husband were touring the country's iconic Cardiff Castle. While walking through the tunnels, which served as a shelter from air raids during World War II, she noticed that a speaker was playing a legendary speech from Neville Chamberlain wherein he announced Britain's entry into the conflict. Finding the moment particularly poignant, she pulled out her cell phone and began filming, but soon spotted something peculiar ahead of her in an adjoining passageway.
