Australian authorities are trying to get to the bottom of a strange mystery in the form of a rather sizeable cylindrical object that washed ashore over the weekend. The puzzling oddity was reportedly discovered on Saturday in the coastal community of Green Head when a couple noticed something unusual floating near the shore. The pair proceeded to pull the enormousness object, which measures around 8 feet wide and ten feet long, onto the beach using their four-wheel drive vehicle and subsequently reported the weird find to local police. However, when they arrived on the scene, they were left scratching their heads as no one could identify the curious cylinder.
