A California homeowner is crying foul over a pugnacious jogger who has inexplicably attacked her Halloween decorations on two separate occasions. According to a local media report, the bizarre vandalism case began on the evening of October 11th when the mysterious stranger first struck the display at Tonyia Sampognaro's Salinas residence. While running past the home along the sidewalk, the jogger suddenly stopped and stared down a trio of witches stationed on the front lawn. The woman then approached the faux coven and punched them to the ground. Alas, the one-sided showdown was no isolated incident as the jogger returned a few days later to tangle with the witches yet again.
